Your spins, live in minutes

Ampm Casino spins, from claim to cashout

For the moment you pick an offer and want the spins running before the kettle boils.

Code first, then sign-up

The code, the spin count and the slot all sit in the offer you chose; note its activation days before you sign up, since they start at the claim.

Details before spins

Fill the form with the name and address printed on your ID, and add a phone number you can actually answer; no-deposit spins can ask for that confirmation before they move.

Activate or lose the window

Open the bonus section of your account, or paste the code at deposit, and finish within the activation days the offer gives, because nothing appears once they lapse.

Your spins, waiting inside

Launch the named slot from the offer and nothing else; the spins sit inside that game alone, each one rated at the fixed value the casino listed.

That second look at your bonus tab

Where did the spins go?. Spins land in the bonus section of your account, and a code has to be entered there within its window. Open that section, type the code, then refresh.

Why is AMP25 locked?. Spins without deposit wait for a confirmed phone number or identity. Finish verification in your profile, then return to the bonus section and pick the offer up again.

Ampm Casino minimums that block a claim. Each offer carries its own floor, from NZ$16 for the welcome spins up to NZ$30 for the Friday batch. Top up to the minimum, then claim again from the bonus section.

Why is my slot still empty?. A slot holds the spins only after it reloads, so a tab left open from before the claim shows nothing. Close the game entirely and open it fresh from the lobby.

Redeposit with a listed method. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from the deposit offers, so spins will not attach. Make the qualifying deposit with a card or another listed method and claim the code once.

Which game holds my spins?. Every batch runs on one named slot, such as Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS or Legacy of Dead, and stays there. Switch back to that slot and the counter appears in the corner.

Ampm Casino support trace. Should all seven checks fail, send the offer code and the time of your claim to live chat or [email protected]. Support answers around the clock and traces the grant.

What your spins turn into

Your winnings on the morning after

Ampm Casino pays spin results as credit first, and the wagering decides when it leaves.

Credit first, cash later

Everything a spin wins credits as bonus money, not cash, so the balance is playable but not withdrawable yet. The 89 welcome spins carry NZ$17.80 nominal against NZ$17.09 expected.

Is ID needed to withdraw?

Before the first payout, the account needs proof of identity, address and a card photo, with 51 hours set aside for the review. Send the files early so the winnings are not stuck.

Clearing on slots only

Only slot play counts in full toward the wagering, while table and live games add little or nothing. Keep the wagering on slots if you want the bonus cleared quickly.

Which factor applies?

Winnings must be wagered 35 times on the spins without deposit, against a 28 times factor on the welcome batches. Check which offer you claimed before you plan the play-through.

Value check

You are owed more than the spin count suggests

Every figure below runs the same way: spins times spin value, then the expected win at the slot's stated RTP, then the wagering on that win. Treat it as an estimate.

Signup spins

25 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$2.50 → approx NZ$2.40 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → NZ$2.40 × 35x = NZ$84.00 · cap NZ$100

Welcome spins · deposit 1

89 × NZ$0.20 = NZ$17.80 → approx NZ$17.09 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → NZ$17.09 × 28x = NZ$478.52

Weekday drops · Tuesday

50 × NZ$0.20 = NZ$10.00 → approx NZ$9.60 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → NZ$9.60 × 25x = NZ$240.00

Above a set amount NZ$150

150 × NZ$0.20 = NZ$30.00 → approx NZ$28.80 (RTP 96%, average assumed) → NZ$28.80 × 25x = NZ$720.00

Session control in your own hands

By the time a spin set runs out, nothing obliges you to deposit again or to keep the session going. Deposit limits, loss limits and cooling-off periods sit in your account settings from the first login, and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme are open to anyone who wants a word outside the casino.

Cooling-off periods. This tool steps you away from the tables for a set stretch, and the block stays in place until the time you choose runs out.

Loss limits. Two caps hold your spending at the level you decide: one on money lost, one on how long a session runs.

Deposit limits. You pick a ceiling for what reaches your account each day or week, and payments above it are turned away.

At the point of asking

From question to answer in two lines

Ampm Casino answers the points that show up after the reels stop, in plain New Zealand English.

trustWhat if I would rather not take the spins?+

Say no to the spins, or to the bonus part of what they win, and the rest of your balance stays yours. You just let the offer lapse before you open the slot. Nothing is deducted and your account carries on as before.

trustHow long do the winnings from one spin last?+

Each spin carries a set value, so a short run of spins can only return so much. On the 25 spins at NZ$0.10, the casino puts the expected return at NZ$2.40, which is why the cap on cashing out is NZ$100.

trustWhat happens when a licence comes from Anjouan?+

Ampm Casino LLC runs on a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, number ALSI-572269. That regulator sits outside New Zealand, so local gambling law is not the one behind this site. Your balance and any dispute go through the operator named in the terms.

trustWhen can I take the spins winnings out?+

Winnings sit as bonus money until the wagering is cleared, then they move to cash and a request can go in. Verification usually takes about 51 hours, and once that is done payouts have been landing in around 22 minutes.

trustWhy is there a limit on no deposit spin winnings?+

The 25 spins without deposit need no money from you, so the operator places a ceiling on what they can pay. On that set the most you can withdraw is NZ$100, and winnings above it are removed at the point of the request.

trustCan I change what each spin is worth?+

The value is locked to the offer, so a spin stays at NZ$0.10 or NZ$0.20 depending on the set. You cannot raise it with your own money. Any bet above the stated maximum, such as NZ$8, can void what the spins have won.

trustCan I get spins for bringing a friend in?+

Spin referrals live under invites: a friend who joins and deposits at least NZ$20 earns you 25 spins on Joker 27. Up to 10 friends count, and the spins carry 20x wagering with one day to use them and three days to clear it.
