Security — 8.2/10

Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licensing, 128-bit SSL encryption and independent audits from QUINEL and iTech Labs give the security score a solid foundation.

Bonus — 8.8/10

A 28x wagering requirement and 44 days to clear the welcome bonus sit in the fair middle ground, keeping the bonus score away from the top.

Payments — 8.4/10

Payouts typically land in 22 minutes and deposits start at NZ$16, while Visa, Skrill, POLi and phone wallets cover most New Zealand habits comfortably.

Games — 9.2/10

A catalogue of 7,417 titles from 110 studios means the games score is the strongest part of the offer, with almost no gap in choice.

Support — 8.4/10

Live chat, email and phone lines run around the clock in English, Norwegian, German and Finnish, so help rarely waits for office hours.

Mobile Play — 8.1/10

The same account and wallet carry over to a phone browser, and Apple Pay or Google Pay keeps topping up quick on a small screen.

Balance Sheet

The Strong Parts And The Weak Parts

Four honest points tell you what works in your favour here and what will slow you down.

Ampm Casino Bonus: A Minus

The 28x wagering is a real minus, because clearing it takes steady play before the 44 days run out.

Wagering sits at 28x on the welcome offer

Bonus funds clear within 44 days

One account per player is allowed

See The Size Of The Lobby

Choice is the clearest strength, since a player can move between 7,417 titles without ever leaving the account.

7,417 games in the full catalogue

110 separate software studios supply them

Both figures sit well above average

Why Is The First Withdrawal Slow?

Waiting up to 51 hours for verification is a genuine weakness, because it delays the first withdrawal request.

Verification averages 51 hours before payout

Proof of identity and address are required

A payment card photo is also requested

Ampm Casino Pays Quickly

Speed is a strength here, as payouts land in about 22 minutes and POLi suits New Zealand bank accounts.

Reach A Person Before Frustration Sets In

Help runs around the clock through live chat, email at [email protected] and phone on +64 9 216 6466. Staff answer in English, Norwegian, German and Finnish, so you can write in plain English at any hour.

Best for a stuck deposit or a bonus that will not apply, because you get an answer while the problem is still fresh.

Use it when you must send documents or keep a written record of a dispute that needs a paper trail later.

Have your registered email address, your account reference and a clear note of what happened, so the first reply solves it.

If You Want Choice And Fast Cash-Outs

If you want a wide catalogue, a licensed Anjouan operator and payouts that land in roughly 22 minutes, this account fits well, and New Zealand wallets such as POLi and Apple Pay make funding simple. Players who chase huge cash-outs should look elsewhere, because a NZ$37,000 ceiling and 51 hours of verification will frustrate them. The wagering term of 28x over 44 days is fair rather than generous. Ampm Casino scores 8.5 out of 10.

Straight Answers

What Should You Confirm Prior To Joining?

Ampm Casino writes its house rules plainly, so the points below are settled in a sentence or two.

trustWhat if Ampm Casino is not licensed at all?+

You can check it in a minute: Ampm Casino LLC holds licence ALSI-572269 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, an offshore regulator rather than a New Zealand one. That licence sets basic conduct and audit duties, but it gives you no local dispute route.

trustWhat happens when I only want to start small?+

Small starters are fine, since the floor sits at NZ$16 per deposit and a first session costs less than a takeaway meal. Anything below that figure simply will not go through.

trustDo I need to call anyone to get help?+

No, you do not need to. Live chat, email to [email protected] and a phone line on +64 9 216 6466 all run around the clock, and the team also speaks Norwegian, German and Finnish alongside English.

trustWhat if I cannot clear the 28x wagering?+

Nothing is lost straight away, but the 28x requirement and a window of 44 days decide it. Miss either one and the bonus, plus what it built, comes off the balance.

trustDo I need to wait days for my money?+

Cashouts clear in about 22 minutes once your account is verified. The first one is the slow part, because identity checks take up to 51 hours before anything moves.
